3jam Reply-All Text Messaging 1.03
Freeware
Latest update : Jan 25, 2007
File Size: 44 KB
Download: available

Min Requirements:

Any Palm OS hardware

Any Palm OS

Author: 3jam, Inc.
Info/description:

3jam is Reply-All text messaging on any mobile phone. Send a text to as many of your friends as you want, and everyone can reply to everyone.

3jam is the only way to send a text message to any number of friends at once, have everyone know who got the message, and have the replies go to everyone. 3jam makes it fun and easy to coordinate and connect with people from any mobile phone using any carrier - all for the price of a regular text message. Using SMS, 3jam enables users to start a group text conversation instantly with any number of friends they choose, all at once, without requiring the recipients to sign up for the service in advance.

Anyone who can send a text message can 3jam because messages sent using 3jam are just regular text messages. 3jam charges consumers nothing to use the service - there are no subscription fees and no extra charges on wireless bills. Users do pay their wireless provider their regular text messaging fees to send and receive text messages to a US based number.

Without requiring a mailing list or pre-defined group to be set up in advance, 3jam users can choose who gets the message right when they decide to send it - whether or not their friends are signed up with 3jam. Although web tools at www.3jam.com make it easier to add friends, manage friends lists, set up groups and start 3jamming, users can do everything they need to do on 3jam right from their phones.

Updated Description:

Update allows users to select mobile numbers for recipients where the number has been categorized as a non-mobile number (Home, Work, etc.). Other minor UI updates.
