This utility for PALM-handhelds allows a work-around for a bug found in the famous internet-pager ICQ for PalmOS version 2 and 2.1 (http://www.icq.com).

The bug is that if your PALM was connected to the internet (for instance through GPRS) and you were running ICQ, then if the connection was terminated improperly it is sometimes impossible to return the system to normal operation mode.

At restart, a logo appears or a message that says "Fatal Exception" or "DataMgr.c, Line 1234, Null pointer passed" and then loading stops.
