swiz, publish OS5 fonts: swiz 4 Fonts4OS5 is the OS5 adaption of my swiz clie hires fonts.
Lubak (the author of Fonts4OS5) helped me converting them. Double regards to Lubak, since the swiz font set is based on his Handera fonts.
These fonts require you to install Fonts4OS5!
The swiz fonts set contains the following 3 sets, which can be easily combined together, and which allow you a great flexibility in setting up your OS5 Palm with Fonts4OS5:
Each of the three font packs contain the same Standard fonts (i.e. the first two fonts), which have the standard hight (22p).
They can easily be exchanged with fonts from other font packs.
SMALL SETS (SwizSmall.prc & SwizSmallThin.prc)
2 Standard fonts, very narrow and clean look (in the SwizSmallThin set, the standard fonts are very thin)
2 Small fonts, perfect for text readers, note fields, etc
MIX SETS (SwizMix.prc & SwizMix2.prc)
2 Standard fonts, very narrow and clean look
1 Large font (for compatibility reason in some HiRes apps)
1 Small font, perfect for text readers, note fields, etc (in the SwizMix2 this is only 14pt high!)
STANDARD SET (SwizNormal.prc & swizThin.prc):
2 Standard fonts, very narrow and clean look
2 Large fonts, which have exactly the same hight like the built in large fonts. This set provides the maximum possible compatibility with most applications. You can use this set for troublesome applications.
You can either set the Small fonts as your primary fonts, and the Standard as the large fonts, or set them to replace the large fonts, and the Standard as your standard fonts.
The second solution is perfect for most apps, since the Standard font fit in every application with tables (DateBook, Address, ToDo), and you can still use the small fonts for flowtexts (MemoPad, note fields).
