Tips:
- The difficulty can be set as hard as you want (a great feature), but you should start on 1 or 2. It actually gets difficult at 4 and 5, and 3 is probably more on the easy side. But again, it can literally be set as difficult as you want, allowing for unlimited gameplay for even the best!
- Obviously theirs a limit to how good an AI can be, so to do this feature I have to allow them to cheat. It will start cheating at around 6 or 7.
- Before starting a new game, always set the difficulty you want. If you don't it will be set at zero and the enemy won't have any troops. Also difficulty can't be changed in the middle of a game.
- I'm afraid I had to remove two features that would have been neat... each turn having a real-time limit, and the retreating thing. I removed them for two reasons. First, they wouldnt work well on slow devices. Second, doing the real-time turn limit would be extremely hard, and the retreating would have been only slightly less.
- One annoying thing is when your training/disbanding men, or trading resources. When you do so, the screen flashes after every button press. I will eliminate this in the full version by adding a refresh screen button, so you deal as much as you want, then press refresh to see the changes. Note this feature won't be in the first version.
- You may be wondering why sometimes during an attack neither side loses troops. This is purposely done, just simulating a miss by both sides. In some rare cases both sides can lose troops too.
- the price for Corn and wood is extreme to limit use of it, and selling it doesn't get you much. Later I may change the price difference, or make it depend on the difficulty.
- Houses will house everyone, soldiers woodcutters farmers and taxpayers. Each house will hold 5 people.
