Hanoi Towers 1.5
Freeware
Latest update : Jan 01, 2007
File Size: 11 KB
Download: available

Min Requirements:

Any Palm OS hardware
Palm OS 3.5

Author: RNS::

Info/description:

Test your mind with RNS:: Hanoi Towers.

The goal of this simple game is to move all the disks from the middle pole to either the left or the right peg.

To do this use the following hard buttons: the "address book" (move left), "up" (pick up), "down" (drop) and the "todo list" (move right) buttons.

Remember that Hanoi Towers also supports the Jog Dial navigator, which makes the game even more fun to play.

There are two rules, however: you can move only one disk at a time and you cannot place a larger disk on a smaller one.

The game finishes when you assemble the disks in the correct order (biggest at the bottom, smallest at the top).

Main features of RNS:: Hanoi Towers:

- Support for color devices!

- Sound available.

- Sony "Jog" and "Back" button support.

- RNS:: Hanoi Towers is Freeware!

Update Description:

v1.5 (7/3/03):

Hanoi Towers has been completely rebuilt! Its skeleton was changed and now it's simple and logic. In addition this helped reduce the file size.

Stylus Control now available! You can now play Hanoi Towers using your stylus. All you need to do is tap on one of the three pegs to pick up a brick from that peg, or drop a brick onto that peg, if you're already holding one.

Introduced the "4 Button control" opition - the two left hard buttons work as "up" and "down" respectively, the two right hard buttons are "left" and "right" respectively. This option omits the up and down hard buttons and is especially comfortable for owners of devices such as the Sony T Clies, where the up/down hard buttons are really difficult to operate.

New hires OS5 icon (thanks to Aranis).

Other minor bug fixes and changes

v1.1 (5/22/03):

Introduced the "Auto up/down" option - both the "up" and "down" buttons pick up or drop a brick, depending on the status of the "picker". Now you can manipulate the "picker" using only one button.

Bricks have different colors on color devices. You'll no longer mix up the bricks.

Other minor changes.
