DiveBuddy is a free Palm based logbook for logging recreational dives.

Now contains all features of DiveBuddy Pro

IMPORTANT NOTE: Users of previous versions of DiveBuddy please read the *.txt files in the distribution.

DiveBuddy has input screens for the dive identification, dive location, dive data, gear used, conditions, the dive team and notes. Drop-down pick lists for easy data entry are used wherever appropriate. There are 5 custom fields for own equipment in the gear screen.

Using add-on programs additional functions are available. This currently includes the dive operator database Dive Shop and a divegear database DB Gear.

Preference settings include the display format of units, either metric or imperial or a combination of both (i.e. depth in m and pressure in psi).

If the conduit is installed the logged dives are transferred to a Windows computer during Hotsync.

WinDiveBuddy Viewer is a Windows program for printing and viewing the logs. DiveBuddy for Windows emulates DiveBuddy for the Palm on the PC and thus allows adding and editing of dives on the PC.
