Managing your weight is not an easy task. If you'd like to get fit, your first target is to actually lose some weight; the second (and even harder) task is to keep what you have achieved. If not careful, most people will regain the lost weight in a matter of months. HPlanner can help with both problems, by constantly monitoring your weight. During the dieting phase, it will keep track on your progress, and will assure you that your diet is actually working; when you have achieved your target weight it will prevent the extra pounds from sneaking back on you. Get on the scale every day, and enter the measurement in HPlanner; it will then show you a moving average plot of your daily weight, and will identify any upward tendency before it's too late. So you can decide whether to eat that dessert, or not. Updated Description: v1.2 * Added history chart option to the history form (displays the weight trend graph for the selected date range). * Added "All Data" data range to the list of preset ranges (includes all available data). * Tapping on the dashboard weight graph will now show the trend value as well as the daily measurement value. v1.1: * Added BMI (Body Mass Index) chart which displays graphically the bmi location. The chart can be accessed from the menu or by tapping the bmi value on the today panel. * Now it is possible to toggle between the daily weight measurement and the average weight displayed on the today panel.
