For instance, if you want to keep track of when you change your oil, you can use The Tracker to note when you do so as well as note what oil you used.Additionally, if you haven't changed your oil in a while, The Tracker can remind you.

Other examples of things that can be tracked are the last time you changed your contacts, checked your blood pressure, or even the last time you did something nice for a special someone.
