BattLogger is the best utility for monitoring the charge of your Palm's battery and is fully customizable to your preference. You are in control of setting the program to alert you when the battery is in need of charging, fully charged, while it's logging, etc. The logging feature is easy to read in both numerical and graphical data. If you prefer to just monitor the power cycles of your battery without alerts, just uncheck the nag me options.
