* Take notes for incoming/outgoing cell/landline phone calls.
* Store information such as the date and time called, name, phone number, due date/time, topic, priority, a color sketch, selectable icon, and a multi-line note.
* There is an option to add the call to your PDA’s Memo Pad (Notes), Address Book (Contacts), or Calendar (Datebook) with an alarm/reminder.
* If a smartphone like a Treo is used, you can access this program by a customized button. With a press of a button you can be taking a note while on the call.
When using a standard phone (landline), write down the information during or after the call. No need for a pen.
* If needed, beam the call information to another Call Notes user.
* The entry can also be seen on your computer because if you use the Calendar, Memo, or Contact function, it adds the call information to your PDA’s PIM programs. They will show up on your computer the next time you hot sync.
* This also comes with two free utilities. The first one allows you to transfer information to/from your computer.
* The second one can be used to see all the entries in Windows. This can be viewed on the screen, saved as a HTML/web file, or printed.
