File Size: 408 KB

Palm OS 3.5

Windows 98

Author: ArtelPlus
Email: support@artelplus.com
Info/description:

If you are already using the award-winning powerful e-mail client TheBat! and you own a handheld (PDA) under either Windows Mobile or Palm OS, it is 100% safe to say you wish you had the ability to synchronize your TheBat! address book with the Contacts on your handheld.

We have developed TheBat! Sync - a special synchronization module (conduit) which is intended to help you manage your Contacts!

With TheBat! Sync module you can modify address book records (name, phone numbers, address, e-mail, and Notes) either in your handheld Contacts or TheBat! address book and then simply perform synchronization using your standard synchronization manager. All the changes made to the entries will be thus synchronized.

Installation and setup:

* Use TheBatSync_Setup.exe wizard to install the files on your Windows PC (notebook)

* Install the 'TheBatSync.prc' file into the main memory of your Palm powered PDA

* Open the 'Custom' window for your HotSync account

* Open the 'TheBat! Sync' settings window and specify the file for TheBat! address book

* Open the settings window for the standard Address book conduit (it may be called 'Contacts' or 'Address book'). Set the action to 'do nothing' and set the 'Set as default' box to ON.

Please refer to TheBat! Sync help for more information regarding each step of the conduit setup.

Updated Description:

- bug fixed in deleting records on PC side
