aPassword was designed to keep a variety of data, such as passwords, logins, credit cards, bank accounts, e-mail accounts, IP addresses, PINs, etc. in a SAFE and WELL-ORGANIZED form.

aPassword allows you to organize your records into a 'Tree' so that you can manage your private notes easily by moving them from one branch to another. You can create as many nested levels as you'd like and this makes aPassword very UNIQUE and ADVANTAGEOUS software. Record trees can be as simple or as complex as your data require it.

With aPassword you can create a database on the Main memory of your Palm PDA or on the expansion card, or on both.

We strongly recommend that you utilize the ENCRYPTION and PASSWORD PROTECTION features of aPassword. If the encryption option is set, the data from the 'Note' field of your record will be encrypted inside the database. The password protection option will restrict other persons from viewing your sensitive data without your permission.

You will love the 'Quick view' feature of aPassword. With this feature you can designate a hardware button to view a record simply by pushing and holding down the button. The view record window is closed as soon as you release the button.

We also advise you to set the 'Exit on Power off' option in aPassword Settings. Utilizing this feature will ensure that all of your data is saved and the program exited just before the device enters sleep mode. (You can also set the idle timeout for aPassword Desktop so that program will exit at a specified timeout of inactivity)

aPassword allows you to import and export data files in the csv format. This makes it easy for you to build an initial database as well as share, transfer and backup databases.

aPassword supports full screen for TapWave Zodiac, Tungsten T3, T5, LifeDrive and SONY Clie devices!
