Onboard bitmap editor for PocketC and PToolbox Library.

This program created to help developing program using PocketC and PToolbox Library.

But, it maybe useful for any palmOS developer who need to work with bitmap host file.

Update Description:

artBMP v4.00 (2/2/2003):

- Compatible with PToolbox library v7.5.3.

- Compatible with palmOS v5.0 (with some limitations).

- Improved bitmap shift and rotate function.

- Some minor bugs fixed.
